Why Our GLAA/FWA Licence Matters
The Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA) and Fair Work Agency (FWA) licence is your guarantee that we operate to the highest legal and ethical standards.
Worker Protection
Every worker we place is protected under UK employment law. We carry out full right-to-work checks and ensure fair pay.
No Hidden Fees
We never charge workers for finding them work. Our fees come from the employers we supply, not the people we place.
Ethical Recruitment
We are committed to the Modern Slavery Act and actively work to prevent exploitation in the supply chain.
Full Compliance
Our GLAA/FWA licence means we are regularly audited and must meet strict standards — giving employers and workers total peace of mind.
Sectors We Cover
Logistics
Warehouse operatives, pickers, packers, team leaders and supervisors for distribution centres and logistics hubs.
